What you will be doing:

• Scope, plan, and run creative projects from intake to delivery.

• Manage timelines, dependencies, freelancers, and external production partners.

• Run kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, and retros for the creative team.

• Track budgets, SOWs, and resourcing across the creative team.

• Anticipate risk and unblock the team before issues become fires.

• Partner with Marketing and stakeholders to triage and prioritize incoming work.

What you must have:

• 4 plus years producing or project managing creative work, in-house or at an agency.

• Fluency with project tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, or similar).

• Calm under pressure and a strong communicator across levels.

• A service mindset paired with the willingness to hold a hard line.

• Experience running shoots, post-production, or other live production a plus.
