What you will be doing:

• Travel to customer sites throughout territory

• Perform installations and commissioning

• Conduct preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair GC and Elemental analyzers

• Support customers remotely via phone when required

• Calibrate and validate instruments

• Manage parts inventory

• Complete documentation and reporting

• Coordinate with internal technical support teams

• Identify potential sales opportunities during service visits

• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

What you must have:

• Gas Chromatography (GC) troubleshooting and repair expertise

• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship skills

• Able to travel 80/90% of time

Salary/Rate Range: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00
