What you will be doing:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Support multiple clients and smaller to mid-sized delivery projects surrounding ERP implementations, post-implementation, Continuous support, and troubleshooting

• Coordinate across departments and teams to ensure all project components are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

• Support the solution design lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs.

• Prepare and present comprehensive project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and client stakeholders.

• Leverage best practices gained from consulting experience to optimize project delivery processes and improve outcomes.

What you must have:

• Experience: 3+ years in project or delivery management, or consulting roles, with a focus on solution design and enterprise-level projects.

• Certifications: Project Management Designation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

• Consulting Expertise: Prior experience in a large consulting firm or technology consulting organization is highly desirable.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle) Direct IFS Experience is not required, however would be a plus to have.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EAM, Manufacturing modules preferred

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
