Overview:
An organization undergoing a significant technology transformation is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architecture to establish and lead its enterprise architecture function. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. Reporting into senior technology leadership, this individual will partner closely with executives, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to develop architecture standards, governance, roadmaps, and modernization strategies that align technology investments with business objectives.


What you will be doing:

• The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping future-state technology architecture across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and cybersecurity while supporting complex enterprise initiatives in a healthcare environment.

What you must have:

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership experience.

• Healthcare industry experience required.

• Experience building or maturing an Enterprise Architecture function.

• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and architecture governance practices.

• Experience developing technology roadmaps and supporting modernization initiatives.

• Broad technical expertise across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively with business leaders.

• People leadership experience at the Senior Manager, Director, or similar leadership level.

• Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative approach.

Salary/Rate Range: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00
