Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with frontline and mid-level managers, providing practical guidance, resolving employee relations matters, and ensuring consistent HR processes and compliance.
What you will be doing:
Employee Relations

Manage employee relations issues with sound judgment, consistency, and confidentiality.

Conduct workplace investigations and document findings appropriately.

Partner with managers on performance concerns, corrective actions, and employee coaching.
Manager Support & Coaching
-
Serve as a trusted resource for managers on employee performance, attendance, conduct, and team dynamics.

Provide day-to-day guidance to help managers effectively lead and support their teams.
Performance Management
-
Support performance review cycles, goal setting, calibration discussions, and performance improvement plans.

Help ensure managers deliver timely, constructive feedback.
HR Operations

Assist with leave of absence administration, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.

Maintain accurate employee records and transactions within Workday.

Support HR programs and administrative processes across the employee lifecycle.
Employee Experience & Compliance

Act as an approachable point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

Identify trends and escalate potential risks when appropriate.

Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment law requirements.
What you must have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

3+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or Employee Relations role.

Experience supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, and HR policy interpretation.

Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred.

Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
