What you will be doing:
First 6 Months

Develop a deep understanding of every aspect of the business, including product, engineering, manufacturing, finance, go-to-market, operations, and government programs.

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of organizational strengths, risks, bottlenecks, and growth constraints.

Build trusted relationships across the executive team, board, investors, and key stakeholders.

Interview major shareholders, strategic partners, customers, and senior leaders to understand long-term opportunities and challenges.

Identify the highest leverage initiatives required to scale the company from its current stage to a multi-billion-dollar defense platform company.
Months 6–12

Own and drive company-critical strategic initiatives directly on behalf of the CEO and founders.

Lead cross-functional efforts to remove organizational bottlenecks and accelerate execution.

Partner with the executive team to refine operating cadence, organizational design, capital allocation, and long-range planning.

Serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team by stepping into ambiguous, high-priority situations and ensuring outcomes.

Represent the company externally with investors, strategic partners, government stakeholders, and board members.
Long-Term

Become one of the company's most senior leaders with significant influence over company direction and strategy.

Help shape the next generation of executive leadership.

Potentially grow into broader operating responsibilities, including full P&L ownership and future company leadership opportunities.
What you must have:

Proven executive leadership experience in high-growth, venture-backed, defense, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or deep technology companies.

Exceptional pattern recognition and business judgment.

Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex organizational challenges and drive solutions across multiple functions.

Experience operating as a CEO, COO, Chief of Staff, Chief Strategy Officer, General Manager, Partner, or senior executive advisor.

Track record leading organizations through periods of hypergrowth, transformation, or significant scale.

Ability to build trust and influence at the board, investor, and executive levels.

Comfortable operating in environments characterized by ambiguity, speed, and constant change.
