Overview:
We are partnering with a growing industrial service organization to identify an experienced Senior Boiler Service Technician to support and help lead a developing field service team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex mechanical issues, mentoring technicians, and working independently in the field while helping shape a growing service operation. The organization is investing heavily in expanding and strengthening its service department and is seeking someone with hands-on technical, strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities. The Senior Boiler Service Technician will provide technical servicing and field support involving commercial and industrial boiler systems, burners, combustion systems, controls, and related equipment.
What you will be doing:

Diagnose, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair:

Steam and hot water boiler systems
-
Burners and combustion systems
-
Controls and instrumentation
-
Auxiliary boiler room equipment
-

Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
-
Identify replacement parts and coordinate repairs
-
Support burner installations and retrofit projects
-
Communicate technical findings and recommendations to customers
-
Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
-
Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle
-
Participate in ongoing technical training and development
What you must have:
Candidates may come from a variety of technical and mechanical backgrounds including:

Industrial maintenance
-
Mechanical service technician roles
-
Machine maintenance
-
Diesel technician backgrounds
-
Boiler service
-
Heavy equipment repair
-
Military technical experience
-
General mechanical troubleshooting environments
What you must have:

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
-
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to work independently
-
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Nice to have:

Boiler or combustion experience
-
Experience supporting industrial equipment
-
OEM or manufacturer certifications

Approximately 25% travel
