What you will be doing:

Serve as the technical owner and primary administrator of the Epic ERP environment.

Configure, administer, maintain, and optimize Epic ERP modules and functionality.

Lead ERP upgrades, patches, testing, deployments, and release management.

Design, develop, and support integrations between Epic ERP and other enterprise applications.

Develop automation, scripts, APIs, and custom solutions to improve business processes.

Monitor system performance, availability, and security while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, database, and performance issues.

Manage user security, permissions, and role based access.

Support reporting, dashboards, SQL queries, and business intelligence initiatives.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, standards, and system architecture documentation.

Lead relationships with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

Mentor junior technical staff and provide leadership on ERP related initiatives.

Participate in enterprise technology planning and contribute to the long term ERP roadmap.

Ensure system stability, data integrity, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
What you must have:
-
7+ years of experience administering enterprise ERP systems.
-
Demonstrated experience supporting and administering Epic ERP.

Strong understanding of ERP architecture, configuration, and system administration.

Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or ETL tools.

Advanced SQL skills with the ability to develop queries, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting requirements.

Experience with scripting, automation, or application development.

Experience supporting Windows Server environments and cloud based enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of system security, user permissions, authentication, and role based access.

Experience managing ERP upgrades, testing, deployments, and production support.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Salary/Rate Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
