What you will be doing:

• Serve as the technical owner and primary administrator of the Epic ERP environment.

• Configure, administer, maintain, and optimize Epic ERP modules and functionality.

• Lead ERP upgrades, patches, testing, deployments, and release management.

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Epic ERP and other enterprise applications.

• Develop automation, scripts, APIs, and custom solutions to improve business processes.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, database, and performance issues.

• Manage user security, permissions, and role based access.

• Support reporting, dashboards, SQL queries, and business intelligence initiatives.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and system architecture documentation.

• Lead relationships with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

• Mentor junior technical staff and provide leadership on ERP related initiatives.

• Participate in enterprise technology planning and contribute to the long term ERP roadmap.

• Ensure system stability, data integrity, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.

What you must have:

• 7+ years of experience administering enterprise ERP systems.

• Demonstrated experience supporting and administering Epic ERP.

• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, configuration, and system administration.

• Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or ETL tools.

• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to develop queries, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting requirements.

• Experience with scripting, automation, or application development.

• Experience supporting Windows Server environments and cloud based enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of system security, user permissions, authentication, and role based access.

• Experience managing ERP upgrades, testing, deployments, and production support.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Salary/Rate Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
