What you will be doing:

  • Provide clinical leadership for an ABA therapy center.

  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.

  • Promote high-quality, ethical, evidence-based clinical services.

  • Partner with operational leadership to ensure successful center performance.

  • Support clinician development through coaching, training, and ongoing mentorship.

  • Maintain a manageable clinical caseload while providing leadership oversight.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive culture focused on excellent patient outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical standards and best practices.


What you must have:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Experience supervising clinical staff and providing mentorship.

  • Leadership or center management experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for improving the lives of children and families through quality autism services.


Other Information:
Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary of $95,000

  • Uncapped monthly performance bonus

  • Guaranteed $12,000 year-end bonus

  • Up to $25,000 sign-on and relocation assistance

  • Additional compensation available for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.
