What you will be doing:

Support planning activities for the Allegro platform upgrade.

Validate business and functional requirements while assessing impacts of the upgrade.

Coordinate business readiness activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
-
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT, QA, vendors, and the Systems Integrator.

Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
-
Partner with the QA Lead to manage defects, testing progress, and issue resolution.
-
Coordinate business sign-offs for testing, requirements, and production readiness.
-
Document business process changes and functional impacts resulting from the upgrade.
-
Update process documentation including Visio diagrams, process maps, procedures, training materials, and supporting documentation.

Assist with documenting integrations and understanding the existing application landscape through collaboration with internal SMEs.

Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production hypercare.

Track risks, issues, action items, and project dependencies.
What you must have:
-
7+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise application projects.

Experience supporting ETRM implementations or upgrade initiatives.

Hands-on experience with one or more of:

Allegro (preferred)
-
Endur
-
Triple Point
-
Similar ETRM platforms
-

Strong understanding of energy trading and risk management business processes.

Experience performing:

Requirements validation
-
Business impact assessments
-
Process analysis
-
Business process mapping
-

Experience coordinating business, IT, QA, vendors, and project teams.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable test management / defect tracking tools.

Strong documentation skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Experience working on large-scale projects within utilities, energy, or commodity trading organizations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment with multiple workstreams.
