What you will be doing:

• Validate the methodological compliance of processes and their deliverables.

• Develop automation scripts within Enterprise Architect (EA) for BPMN models.

• Collaborate with the Business Architecture Advisor to ensure consistency between Archimate and BPMN models.

• Identify process modeling elements requiring arbitration and propose solutions.

• Participate in the process validation committee.

• Provide guidance to business analysts on best practices for using process modeling tools.

• Assist the team lead in monitoring the evolution of business process modeling methodologies and proposing improvements.

• Support the team lead in maintaining guides and internal documentation.

What you must have:

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent (must provide a copy of the degree).

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Information Technology field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process modeling using BPMN 2.0.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a Quebec government organization or ministry.

• Certifications: Must hold one of the following authorized certifications (must provide proof):

  • IIBA - CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)

  • IIBA - CBAP

  • PMI - PBA

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) for modeling and documentation.

  • Functional knowledge of UML.

  • Functional knowledge of Archimate (if lacking, training will be provided).

  • Functional knowledge of project management and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Atlassian suite).

• Languages: Full proficiency in French (5/5).
