Overview:
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to support our client's Talent Development & Learning Team on a targeted IT project. The successful candidate will facilitate smooth organizational transitions by managing change impacts, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and aligning project outcomes with operational goals.
What you will be doing:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive organizational change management plans to support project objectives and adoption metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts, guide them through transitions, and ensure alignment with operational priorities.

Adoption & Training: Execute change initiatives including training, communications, and sustainment activities to reduce resistance and ensure long-term adoption.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize reporting and KPIs to track effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations to mitigate resistance.

Leadership Support: Act as a role model for change, helping to develop and support leadership capabilities across the organization.

Post-Project Support: Collaborate with the Project Team to ensure changes remain effective and integrated into daily business practices.
What you must have:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, MIS, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Experience: 3–5 years in change management, organizational development, or project management within a corporate environment.

Certification: Certificate in Change Management or Change Practitioner Certification is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software.

Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Salary/Rate: $82.00/hour
