What you will be doing:

• Application Support & Maintenance: Manage incident diagnostics, analysis, and resolution. Ensure rigorous application of work processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze functional gaps, and recommend solutions aligned with operational challenges.

• Project Delivery: Participate in all phases of system development, including analysis, design, testing, implementation, and deployment of information systems.

• Operational Optimization: Manage data quality, handle system access administration, and maintain comprehensive functional documentation and procedural manuals.

• Change Management: Provide user support, training, and change management strategies to ensure successful solution adoption.

• Project Oversight: Monitor deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Produce relevant performance indicators and analyses.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Minimum of 6–9 years of experience in business analysis, including functional coordination or leadership.

• Excellent command of French (written and spoken).

• Proven experience in functional system support, including incident management and complex technical diagnostics.

• Strong understanding of application components, system integrations, data flows, and digital architecture.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Proven experience in business process modeling and transformation.

• Demonstrated history of analyzing opportunities and implementing information systems.
