We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative healthcare team. This position offers a highly desirable daytime schedule with flexibility for either a 3- or 4-day workweek.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within the provider's scope of practice

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations

Assess, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment and care plans

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies as appropriate

Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines

Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients

Identify conditions requiring physician or specialty consultation and coordinate appropriate referrals

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

Maintain timely, accurate, and complete documentation within the electronic medical record

Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
What You'll Bring

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice

Current national certification as an NP or PA

Current BLS certification
-
DEA registration and prescriptive authority, as applicable

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-care skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader healthcare team
