Licensed Vocational Nurse - Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The LVN will provide high-quality clinical support and patient care while working collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within the LVN scope of practice.

• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider.

• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care.

• Perform patient intake, screenings, and follow-up activities.

• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and care instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

• Assist with care coordination, referrals, laboratory testing, and other clinical needs.

• Follow all infection control, safety, HIPAA, and organizational policies and procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with providers, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LVN license.

• Current BLS certification.

• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.

• Strong patient care, communication, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule & Coverage

Regular Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

No coverage is required on the following dates:

• October 9, 2026

• October 12, 2026 - Holiday

• October 13, 2026

• October 22, 2026

• October 30, 2026

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and organizational needs.
