What you will be doing:

• Own solution architecture across assigned ERP/HCM transformation workstreams, particularly application integrations and boundary systems.

• Provide architectural leadership for the JDE-to-Workday time and payroll migration.

• Support the broader Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, primarily across Finance and Supply Chain.

• Define and oversee integrations between Workday, Oracle Fusion, legacy platforms, identity solutions, and other enterprise applications.

• Work closely with system integrators and third-party vendors to review and validate integration designs.

• Ensure technical solutions align with AltaGas' enterprise architecture principles, standards, and integration strategy.

• Act as the technical liaison between project leads, architects, SMEs, functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Identify technical work required across boundary applications and integration services and help drive it through delivery.

• Facilitate architectural and technical decisions across multiple interconnected workstreams.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges and proactively drive mitigation strategies.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, supportable, and appropriate for the broader AltaGas technology ecosystem.

• Guide teams in developing and maintaining appropriate solution and architecture documentation.

• Balance business requirements, program timelines, technical constraints, and enterprise architecture standards.

What you must have:

• 7+ years of relevant technology experience, ideally with significant experience in Solution or Integration Architecture.

• Strong experience working with ERP, HCM, and enterprise application ecosystems.

• Demonstrated experience designing and overseeing complex application integrations.

• Experience supporting major ERP/HCM implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.

• Ability to understand how core platforms interact with surrounding/boundary applications and define appropriate integration patterns.

• Experience working directly with system integrators, third-party vendors, technical leads, and functional teams.

• Strong architecture governance skills -- able to review designs, identify risks/gaps, and ensure solutions conform to enterprise standards.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
