What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations aligned with global program objectives.

• Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).

• Ensure strict adherence to the SAP Activate methodology and internal governance procedures.

• Lead all phases of the SAP S/4HANA upgrade lifecycle: Preparation, Sandbox, Development, QA, Testing, and Cutover/Go-Live.

• Plan and oversee integrated testing phases including validation, regression, and performance testing.

• Coordinate cutover and production deployment activities to ensure continuous operations.

• Manage formal change control processes.

• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business process leads, SAP consultants, BASIS teams, and external suppliers.

• Coordinate multiple external vendors and implementation partners within a global program structure.

• Prepare and present progress reports, key performance indicators, risks, and strategic decisions to executive management.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project-related risks.

• Enforce regulatory and compliance standards throughout the project execution.

• Drive change management, end-user training, and project documentation.

• Direct post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities.

What you must have:

• Experience: 10+ years of SAP project management experience.

• Upgrade Track Record: Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects (specifically version migrations, e.g., S/4HANA 2020/2021 to 2023 or newer).

• Methodology: Deep working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.

• Functional Scope: Strong experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules/domains.

• Regulatory Environment: Demonstrated history managing projects in highly regulated enterprise environments.

• Vendor Management: Experience coordinating multiple third-party suppliers and delivery partners.

• Global Programs: Background in global SAP implementations involving multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

• Execution: Hands-on experience leading large-scale testing, cutover, and deployment execution.

• Scale: Prior experience working in enterprise environments exceeding 10,000 employees.
