What you will be doing:

• Strategic Alignment & Planning: Ensure project execution aligns with organizational strategic objectives; develop project plans, validate/refine resource plans, and manage resource allocations and change requests.

• Project Delivery & Governance: Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, change requests, quality, procurement, interdependencies, and bottleneck resolution.

• Stakeholder & PMO Reporting: Prepare and present status reports to project sponsors, Steering Committees, and the PMO; manage project gating presentations for phase transitions.

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise assigned project contributors (Business Analysts, Application Managers, Solutions Architects, HR, Communications) and approve timesheets.

• Operational Transition & Process Adherence: Coordinate and support transition to operations; enforce PMO methodology, weekly system status reporting, and change request (CR) processes.

• Financial Management: Validate invoices from external suppliers.

What you must have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science / Administrative Data Processing, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity projects.

• Technical Focus: Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity-centric projects involving SaaS, Cloud, and Endpoint Security.

• Domain & Organizational Knowledge: Strong understanding of functional and corporate business processes with experience working in matrix organizations.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French (Bilingual).
