Job Title:  Technical Project Manager - Shopify E-commerce (Parts) Job ID: 90778
Location - Greater Vancouver ( Must reside in the GVRD. On-site at the client's Lower Mainland office about one day a week )


What you will be doing:

  • Own the Shopify migration from discovery through launch: gap analysis, integrated plan, build, cutover, and early hypercare.

  • Run the implementation partner against the signed statements of work. Scope, schedule, risk, decision log, and UAT.

  • Hold the integration plan across ERP, customer identity, and site search, so orders, pricing, inventory, parts data, and fulfillment status stay in sync.

  • Track parts, fitment, pricing, inventory, identity, and fulfillment dependencies across digital, ERP, and data.

  • Work with the partner on commerce, identity, and search decisions.

  • Leave a controlled first Shopify instance the business can assess as its e-commerce hypothesis.

You will deliver

  • Ownership of the Shopify migration and integration layer against signed statements of work.

  • An integrated plan for ERP, customer identity, and search.

  • Vendor management, schedule, risk, and a decision log through the term.

  • Parts, pricing, inventory, identity, and fulfillment dependencies tracked across digital, ERP, and data.

  • A controlled first Shopify instance the business can assess as its e-commerce channel.


What you must have:

  • 5+ years as a technical project manager on e-commerce delivery.

  • At least 2 Shopify projects managed through launch, ideally Shopify Plus. Replatform or migration experience preferred.

  • A shipped e-commerce integration with an ERP, covering orders, pricing, and inventory.

  • Fulfillment integration to a warehouse, with tracking back to the storefront.

  • Customer accounts, identity, and site search on a live commerce site.

  • Experience with a niche, long-tail, or B2B catalogue. Aftermarket or industrial parts is a strong plus. Dynamics on the ERP side is a plus.

  • Based in the GVRD and available on-site in the Lower Mainland about one day a week.


Salary/Rate: $113.00/hour


Other Information:

  • Duration - 6 months, target start end of October 2026, extension possible. Delivery through mid-2027
