What You'll Do

• Manage tax engagements for business and individual clients.

• Review federal and state tax returns, including individual, partnership, S corporation, and other business returns.

• Provide tax planning and compliance support throughout the year.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and respond to tax-related questions.

• Research tax issues and identify opportunities to support client goals.

• Review the work of staff and senior accountants, providing guidance and mentorship.

• Manage engagement timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

• Work closely with firm leadership and contribute to the growth of the tax practice.

What We're Looking For

• Public accounting experience with a strong background in tax.

• Experience preparing and reviewing both business and individual tax returns.

• Experience managing client engagements and supervising team members.

• Strong tax research, planning, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships.

• UltraTax experience preferred.

• CPA license preferred.
