Overview:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a senior level associate attorney with at least five years’ experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation to join the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group in San Francisco or New York City.

What you will be doing: (Responsibilities)
 The ideal candidate will have taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums, including drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery and the day-to-day management of cases. Outstanding advocacy and communication skills, oral and written, are required.
 
What you must have: (Qualifications)
Experience with securities litigation, arbitration and/or or enforcement matters is encouraged. Applicants from government agencies are encouraged. To be considered, you must be a member the New York or California state bar.
 
Salary/Rate Range: The annualized salary range for this position in California and New York is $310,000 to $330,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
