Overview:
In this role, you'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This position is crucial to maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and will involve direct interaction with customers to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including cleaning coils, changing filters, and inspecting electrical connections.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC system issues, such as leaks, faulty electrical connections, and performance inconsistencies.

  • Complete system inspections and tests to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

  • Educate customers on maintenance best practices to help improve system efficiency and longevity.

  • Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure all maintenance work is conducted safely and effectively.

  • Identify and report potential system issues to prevent future breakdowns.

  • Provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements to improve system performance and efficiency.


What you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification or technical degree preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, and wiring diagrams.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Physical ability to perform the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.

Schedule
