Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep specialization in Security Operations (SecOps). You will lead end-to-end architecture, delivery, and strategic planning for ServiceNow Security solutions, ensuring alignment with both business and security objectives.


What you will be doing:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions.

• Translate complex business and security requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and developers to optimize platform usage.

• Define architectural standards, data models, and governance for SecOps implementations.

• Provide expert-level insight into ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

• Design and implement integrations with third-party tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.

• Guide and mentor development teams throughout configuration and implementation.

• Support pre-sales activities, including client workshops, demos, and effort estimation.

• Ensure all solutions align with security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

• Minimum 3 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) – specifically SIR and VR modules.

• Solid experience with:

• JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Glide, Business Rules).

• ServiceNow integrations with external security tools and platforms.

• ITSM and ITIL best practices.
