Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the full order lifecycle. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What you will be doing:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support related to product information, pricing, availability, order processing, delivery coordination, repairs, and shipping.
Guide customers through product selection, configuration options, warranties, service timelines, and order status.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, timely, and solutions-focused manner.
Accurately manage customer orders, service requests, returns, and credits using enterprise business systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, repairs, shipments, and service approvals.
Apply sound judgment to align customer needs with company policies and operational requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
Support additional tasks and projects as required.
What you must have:

Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience in a customer service, order management, or customer support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
Proficiency with standard computer applications and data entry.
Demonstrated ability to work within established processes while contributing to ongoing improvements.
