Overview:
We’re seeking a strategic and growth-focused product leader to own and evolve our digital acquisition ecosystem. As Senior Manager, Product – Digital Acquisition, you will shape the end-to-end onboarding and account opening experience, building scalable capabilities that accelerate new member growth.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, technology, and risk — translating business ambition into high-performing, compliant digital journeys that convert and deliver long-term value.
What you will be doing:

Set the vision and long-range strategy for digital acquisition and onboarding experiences

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Guide a cross-functional agile team (engineering, architecture, QA, risk, business analysis, and experience design) to deliver impactful outcomes

Optimize digital funnels to improve conversion, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-value

Design and scale compliant account-opening capabilities that support deposit growth, lending expansion, and future cross-sell opportunities

Use experimentation, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously refine acquisition performance

Partner closely with marketing, data, compliance, and legal teams to ensure growth initiatives are balanced with risk and regulatory standards

Strengthen product management and growth practices across the portfolio, embedding structured experimentation and measurement

Stay close to execution — proactively clearing obstacles and ensuring delivery excellence
What you must have:

6+ years of experience in digital product management or growth roles within financial services, with a track record of driving customer or member acquisition

A degree in Business or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)

Deep understanding of digital onboarding flows, acquisition funnels, and conversion strategy

Proven ability to leverage data, experimentation frameworks, and customer insights to drive measurable results

Experience working with marketing technologies, analytics tools, and digital acquisition platforms

Demonstrated success leading product teams within complex, enterprise environments

Strong grounding in Agile delivery principles and cross-functional collaboration
-
Experience navigating regulated environments and multi-vendor technology ecosystems

Ability to turn ambiguity into structured strategy, clear priorities, and executable roadmaps

Solid understanding of compliance and risk considerations tied to digital onboarding and account opening

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced settings

Experience integrating UX and journey design best practices into product development
Nice to have:

Certification in Product Management or Business Analysis
