Overview:
Our client seeks a transformation analyst who has significant experience in analyzing, assessing and implementing system upgrades within a professional services organization.

What you must have:

• You are a strategic thinker who is very comfortable with a hands -on approach to your assignments.

• You work well with others and have the ability to understand and solve the issues currently confronting the organization.

• You have the necessary sales skills to be able to create buy-in and support for your recommendations.

• You are a results-based individual who is keen to join a results-based organization.

• A background in professional services or financial services or banking/credit unions is highly desired.

• You have deep experience with CRM systems and have brought automation to systems and processes.

Salary/Rate Range: $140,000 - $165,000
