What you will be doing:

Partner with the VP of Transformation to translate the transformation roadmap into clear, executable programs across IOS and MS.

Monitor program progress, track milestones, and ensure delivery against KPIs, financial targets, and transformation objectives.

Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and structured updates to provide visibility into program status, risks, and outcomes.

Drive cross-functional working sessions to resolve issues, remove barriers, and maintain program momentum.

Collaborate with commercial leaders on tactical initiatives such as customer targeting, pricing discipline, salesforce effectiveness, and go-to-market execution.

Support operations leaders in implementing initiatives that improve manufacturing efficiency, strengthen demand and supply planning, reduce cost-to-serve, and uphold medical device quality compliance.

Prepare program status reports and insights for the Vice President of Transformation and senior leadership team, highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions.

Support business unit leaders with tactical analysis of opportunities in product, operational, or market-driven initiatives.

Reinforce adoption of new processes, accountability frameworks, and continuous improvement behaviors within daily operations.
What you must have:
-
5+ years of experience in business transformation, program management, or operations within medical devices, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing. OR 2 years of consulting, investment banking, or financial buyside experience.

Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business results.

Strong skills in program tracking, milestone management, KPI reporting, and risk mitigation.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in regulated or quality-critical manufacturing environments preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
