What you will be doing:

Guides clients through complex and high-stakes real estate transactions globally

Advises public and private investors, private equity, institutional investors, developers, financial institutions, and alternative lenders

Draws on disciplines across the firm to efficiently execute transactions

Marshals resources across offices and jurisdictions to advise on every aspect of a real estate deal from start to finish

Handles multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions
-
Advises on acquisition, disposition, and development of large properties and property portfolios
-
Advises on corporate and finance matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public offerings, and LBOs
-
Handles REIT and UPREIT transactions
-
Advises on transaction financing, including construction financing, mortgage financing, mezzanine financing, securitization, warehousing, loan-on-loan transactions, and mortgage debt portfolio acquisitions and financings

Covers sectors and asset classes including hospitality and gaming, data centers, industrial, healthcare, mixed-use, multi-family, office, and retail

Engaged in consequential and transformative matters across global jurisdictions
What you must have:

Seeks a highly qualified associate with at least three years of experience

Experience required in complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings

Part of a global and dynamic Real Estate Practice

Represents clients across the United States and internationally
-
Client base includes private equity and investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions, and institutional investors

Opportunity to work with attorneys locally and across the firm, regardless of assigned office

Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills required

Candidate must understand and appreciate the business of real estate investing
Salary/Rate Range: $235,000.00 - $420,000.00
