Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. What you will be doing:
As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring

• Educate patients and families on medications, care plans, and health management

• Accurately document care and patient progress in electronic systems

• Perform computer data entry (full training provided)

• Support patients with advanced clinical needs, including:

  • Gastrostomy tubes and enteral feedings

  • Foley catheter care

  • Tracheostomy care

What you must have:

• Active LVN license in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)

• Strong clinical skills with experience in advanced nursing procedures

• Confidence in patient education and communication

• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and data entry skills

• A compassionate, patient-first mindset

Other Information:

•  2pm-10pm Shift  (Required to work every other weekend shift) OR two doubles on the weekend

• Setting: Living Center

• First 5 weeks will require training 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Will be required to work every other weekend.
   32 hours per week guaranteed
