Overview:
Our client is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, including integration with a Customer Data Platform (CDP). This is a high-impact digital transformation program involving multiple vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation

• Manage multiple system integrators and technology partners

• Own program governance, timelines, risks, and deliverables

• Ensure quality and alignment across business and technical teams

• Provide clear updates to leadership and drive accountability

What you must have:

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM implementations

• Hands-on CRM + CDP integration experience (e.g., BlueConic, Tealium, Segment, Adobe RT-CDP)

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, APIs, ETL pipelines, and integration architecture

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs with multiple vendors

• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models

• French required (resumes must be in French)

Nice to have:

• Background in marketing/CRM ecosystems

• Experience managing complex digital transformation initiatives
