What you will be doing:

• Building a scalable Plan–Buy–Move supply chain operating system

• Creating clear ownership and handoffs between Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales Ops

• Turning MRP and ERP outputs into trusted execution signals

• Leading supplier strategy, negotiations, and shortage recovery

• Reducing firefighting through process, cadence, and standards

• Partnering with Operations, Sales, and Finance to support growth without sacrificing execution

• Helping make Epicor a competitive advantage through data discipline and adoption

What you must have:

• 5-8+ years + in a Supply Chain Leadership role.

• Preferably from Manufacturing or something adjacent (Construction, oil and gas, industrial, heavy equipment).

• Understands complex supply chain. 

Salary/Rate Range: $110,000-$125,000
