What you will be doing:

• Provides hands-on leadership across full-stack engineering teams

• Leads architecture design, system scoping, and code reviews

• Mentors engineers and helps raise engineering standards across teams

• Works cross-functionally with product, sales, and mission operations teams to align product capabilities with customer needs

• Coordinates releases, manages technical expectations, and drives execution across engineering initiatives

What you must have:

• Experience as a Senior / Staff / Tech Lead engineer at high-growth startup environments

• Comfortable in product-first engineering cultures similar to Palantir, Stripe, Anduril, Linear-style teams

• Continues to be deeply hands-on in code while stepping into technical leadership responsibilities

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
