Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated healthcare team providing exceptional care to adult patients before and after surgical procedures. What You’ll Do

As a Med-Surg RN, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized patient care while ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding promptly to changes
• Initiating and maintaining computerized Plans of Care upon admission
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Floating to other units where your skills are needed and applicable

Your Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
• BSN or MSN (Preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

• Active RN license in the State of Oregon (Required)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (Required)

Preferred Credentials

• Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN)
• Previous experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
