What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with organizational priorities

• Manage assigned procurement categories and associated spend

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFx processes

• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers

• Conduct supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance

• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost optimization

• Monitor market conditions and supplier cost drivers

• Challenge supplier pricing and cost increases using market intelligence

• Ensure supply continuity and mitigate supply risk

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs

• Support supplier relationship management and supplier performance reviews

• Identify and deliver cost savings and value creation opportunities

• Support procurement process improvements and procurement transformation initiatives

What you must have:

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management

• Experience managing procurement categories and supplier relationships

• Strong contract negotiation experience

• Experience developing sourcing strategies and running RFx processes

• Ability to analyze spend data and market conditions

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary/Rate Range: $98,000.00 - $148,000.00
