What you will be doing:

Site HRIS Support & Administration
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and issues at the company
-
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
-
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validations, and troubleshooting.

Manage user access and security roles for factory HRIS users in accordance with corporate policies.

Coordination with Corporate HRIS •

Collaborate with corporate HRIS to request system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes needed
-
Communicate site-specific HRIS requirements and advocate for the facility needs in enterprise-wide HRIS initiatives.

Support the implementation of corporate-driven HRIS projects at the company

Data Management & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support Human Resources decision-making at the company

Monitor and analyze Human Resources metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and diversity for the company

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports to local stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to streamline Human Resources processes at the factory through automation and system enhancements.

Work with HR and IT teams to implement approved process improvements.

AI Champion & HR Innovation
-
Serve as a champion for AI functionality in Human Resources
-
Teach and encourage Human Resources staff and end-users to leverage AI tools and features within HRIS and related platforms.

Suggest and help implement AI-driven solutions to automate and improve Human Resources processes. Compliance & Security

Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

Support audits and maintain documentation as required. Training & Stakeholder Support

Train Human Resources staff and end-users on system functionality, reporting tools, and new features.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective use of HRIS at the company
What you must have:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HRIS management or Human Resources systems administration
-
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP - Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, etc.) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
-
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Experience with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
