Overview:
This opportunity is less about deep technical execution and much more about leadership, structure, and business partnership. Our client is looking to elevate IT from a primarily reactive function into a strategic, enterprise-wide capability that supports multiple business units and partners closely with senior leadership. Historically, IT has been focused on maintaining operations and supporting a single business unit. The mandate now is to step up to a group-level function, bringing greater alignment, consistency, and forward-thinking leadership across the organization.


What you will be doing:
This is a leadership and transformation role. Key priorities include:

• Bringing strong leadership and structure to the IT function

• Assessing the current team (~20–30 people) and ensuring the right people are in the right roles

• Establishing clear governance, prioritization, and operating processes

• Shifting IT from a reactive to a proactive, business-aligned function

• Building credible, trusted relationships with senior business leaders

Salary/Rate Range: $159,000.00 - $279,000
