What you will be doing:

• Resident-Centered Care: Provide personalized support including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, ensuring every resident feels their best.

• Clinical Support: Accurately obtain vital signs and provide essential psychosocial support to enhance overall well-being.

• Nutritional Excellence: Create a positive dining experience by assisting with meals, snacks, and proper hydration.

• Mobility & Comfort: Expertly assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using safe techniques; provide vital range of motion and passive exercises.

• Diligent Documentation: Utilize electronic medical records to document care and behaviors accurately, ensuring the highest standards of safety and policy compliance.

• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a pristine environment by following expert hand-washing protocols, utilizing PPE, and properly managing linens and supplies.

What you must have:

• Certification: Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the state.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic medical records for seamless documentation.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written) to exchange vital information with residents and the clinical team.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks including positioning, moving, and inspecting tools or equipment.

• Mathematical Literacy: Ability to measure and comprehend quantities accurately for resident care.

Other Information:

• Competitive Wages: $19.00 – $25.50 per hour.

• Exceptional Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 to welcome you to the team. (Note: Ask about details regarding the payment schedule, as it is issued after a certain period of employment.)

• Stability: This is a Direct Hire position, ensuring you are a permanent part of our community from day one.
