Job Title: MAKE Analyst (SAP S4)
Job ID: 87266
Location: Lawrenceville, New Jersey
Overview:
We're hiring a MAKE Analyst for a US based client who will be responsible for mapping, configuring, and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the SAP S/4HANA system and act as a bridge between business stakeholders (production managers, shop floor personnel) and IT, translating manufacturing needs into actionable SAP solutions. This role will be focused on business process analysis issues, change requests regarding enhancements, reporting, analysis, KPI's, and lead training for super-users. What you will be doing:
-
Support site operations teams: acting as a Subject Matter Expert to triage user issues, assist in the diagnosis of process vs. system causes; collaborate with business partners and IT to create workarounds, and coordinate fixes with IT/SAP functional teams.
-
Lead/support requirements gathering for system change requests, process mapping (AS?IS/TO?BE), drive system enhancement discussions, assist with test script creations and demonstration of results for operational stakeholder validation.
-
Support S/4H site system deployments; assist with various testing activities (unit, integration, regression), along with cutover, go-live, and post-change stabilization activities (system changes and releases).
-
Manage Make Super Users - Lead Make Super User forum and champion the Super User Certification program across the network.
-
Partner with Operate State Analysts to define additional metrics for operational reports and dashboards; monitor KPI trends, identify issues and translate data into clear recommendations and action plans for the business teams.
