As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Product Manager to help shape the future of our last-mile logistics software. Reporting to the QA Lead, the QA Automation Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software by building and maintaining automated testing frameworks. You will collaborate closely with Developers, Tech Leads, and Project Managers to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who combines programming expertise with a strong testing mindset, and who is motivated by delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with Product Manager and Developers in the definition of test plans and identification of automation opportunities.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, API, and integration testing.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality assurance.

• Execute automated and manual tests as needed, analyzing results and reporting defects.

• Enhance testing frameworks for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Contribute to regression and performance testing by expanding automated coverage.

• Stay up to date on emerging tools and best practices in test automation, applying them to improve QA processes.

• Document testing processes, frameworks, and test results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or relevant fields an asset

• 4-5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on test automation.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java Script, Type Script, C#).

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g, Cypress, JEST).

• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD tools.

• Understanding of API testing and service validation (e.g., Postman, REST API tools).

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.

• Bilingualism; French/English

• Release Management working experience

Salary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00
