Overview:
Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Responsible for triaging, assessing, and treating patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. Collaborates with physicians and care teams to deliver timely, effective care while ensuring patient safety and dignity.

What you will be doing:

• Triage and assess patients, prioritizing based on severity

• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions

• Monitor patient status and adjust care as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Educate patients and families on care and follow-up

• Respond to critical situations (e.g., code blue)

• Uphold infection control and quality standards

What you must have:

• Active RN license (state-specific)

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
