What you will be doing:

Client Engagement: Proactively communicate with global stakeholders, manage onboarding processes, facilitate account openings, and maintain accurate client activity records.

Transfer Agency Operations: Execute core processes including Know Your Client (KYC) protocols, transaction processing, and client money reconciliations.

Transaction Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the fund transaction cycle, which includes the validation of sensitive data and verification of client trades.

Global Collaboration: Work closely with international fund operations teams and various internal business units to ensure seamless information flow.

Project & Innovation: Lead projects to develop innovative operational solutions and pragmatic improvements in collaboration with dedicated technology teams.

Service Excellence: Aim to leave a lasting positive impression on clients to support long-term retention and trust.
What you must have:

Education: An undergraduate degree with a proven record of academic success.

Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience showing clear progression; this may include high-level internships or placements.

Analytical Skills: Strong investigative and critical thinking abilities to solve complex problems independently.

Communication: Exceptional oral and written skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and empathetically.

Personal Attributes: A self-starter with high integrity, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

Industry Interest: While prior financial services experience is not mandatory, a keen interest in the investment industry is considered a strong asset.
Compensation:

Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year.

Additional Compensation: The total compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus.
