As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in caring for patients with complex cardiopulmonary conditions, delivering life-sustaining therapies and ensuring the highest standard of care.
What you will be doing:

Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients with conditions such as COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease

Monitor and manage patients on ventilatory support, responding quickly to changes in condition
-
Perform detailed patient assessments, evaluating both physical and mental status
-
Anticipate patient needs and proactively collaborate with physicians and care teams

Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery

Thrive in both one-on-one care and group education settings
What you must have:

Strong clinical judgment and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Confidence in managing critical respiratory cases and cardiopulmonary symptoms

A team-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Commitment to patient safety, regulatory standards, and continuous learning

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Current Oregon Respiratory Therapist License

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
