Overview: 
Your role is to provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via phone calls, tickets and/or in-person support.


What you must have:

  • Good English communications skills (verbal/written)

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an IT Help Desk position

  • Experience providing first level technical support to end-users/customers by analyzing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and applying appropriate solutions to restore end-users and customer issues.

  • Experience assisting users, both remotely and in-person, to diagnose and resolve problems, escalates when necessary, and documents problem status and action taken.

  • Any appropriate designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.


Salary/Rate Range: $40.00- $45.00 per hour
