What you will be doing:

  • Ensure timely, budget-compliant and high-quality delivery of projects and programs in alignment with defined standards and scope.

  • Lead, define and coordinate project initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); generate comprehensive reports to track progress and outcomes.

  • Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks.

  • Promptly identify and resolve project or program issues to minimize disruption to progress.

  • Contribute to and validate business case analyses to support effective decision-making.

  • Provide detailed recommendations regarding project launch, extension, or termination based on performance, financial objectives and risk assessments.

  • Manage project and program financials, ensuring alignment with departmental budgets and assessing financial impact throughout the lifecycle.

  • Collaborate effectively with Architecture, Finance, Procurement, Project and Operational teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and IT partners, to ensure alignment and clear communication for successful project delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with PMO methodology throughout the project and program lifecycle.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard.

  • Ensure proper steps are taken to close projects including transition to operations.


What you must have:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management

  • Experience deploying IS/IT applications: HR, engineering, services, finance and legal.

  • Expertise in managing the implementation and evolution of supply chain systems such as: ERP (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, GTS, SAP suite), WMS, TMS, SRM, SCP, MES.

  • Knowledge of SAP environments (on-premise and cloud) and their integration.

  • Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data migration.

  • Knowledge of organizational change management (OCM).

  • Knowledge of application delivery and service maintenance

  • Experience in managing programs involving multiple project teams

  • Business Process Mapping and Optimization

  • Risk and change management

  • Vendor and contract management (including RFP, RFI)

  • Data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
