What you will be doing:

Application Engineering: Work alongside the sales team, offering technical expertise and engineering services to craft complete boiler room solutions.

Engineering Support: Efficiently handle engineering queries using a case management system, ensuring timely responses.

Product and Service Management: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver top-notch solutions, manage pricing negotiations, and introduce new products.

Project Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of essential project documents, including layout and mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.

Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and alignment with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to support project objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and cost optimization, integrating engineering support with the sales process more effectively.
What you must have:

A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Over 5 years of engineering experience in the industrial steam industry, with a solid background in project engineering and management.

Proficiency in CAD and related software, along with a thorough understanding of relevant codes and standards (ASME BPVC, UL, NEC, NBIC).

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently.
