Overview:
The senior sales representative will oversee all current sales globally. Responsibilities include collaborating with inventory/accounting teams, pursuing leads, and adapting to various business needs under the direction of the COO and CEO. Deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and effective relationship-building abilities are essential.
What you will be doing:

Coordinate and oversee sales team activities to foster profitable relationships with buyers and customers.

Develop and implement sales strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of seafood products, processing methods, and industry regulations to effectively communicate value to customers.

Enhance and implement company sales policies and procedures.

Consult with management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Manage negotiations of sales contracts and potentially lead recruitment and training of sales team members.
What you must have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven sales experience in seafood processing or related industry.

Deep understanding of global seafood markets and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various departments, customers, and stakeholders.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in seafood sales is crucial.

Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales with a focus on achieving results.
