Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Location Manager to lead our client's branch operations. If you're passionate about managing teams, ensuring safety, and driving operational excellence, this opportunity is for you!

What you will be doing:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including safety protocols, scheduling, and inventory control.

• Manage branch personnel, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and mentorship.

• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and safety regulations.

• Maintain company vehicles and facility upkeep.

• Support the Sales Team by aligning operations with customer expectations.

• Monitor and manage branch financial performance.

What you must have:

• 4+ years in project or site management, preferably in hazardous waste.

• Must be willing to work onsite at Kent, WA facility.

• Strong knowledge of DOT, EPA, and state regulations.

• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.

• Budget management and strategic planning experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Salary/Rate Range: $100,000 - $138,000 per year
