Overview:
As the Director of Clinical Services, you will coordinate and supervise comprehensive clinical care for patients 24/7, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services in line with organizational policies and best practices. You will play a vital role in the leadership team, contributing to policy development, staff growth, and outstanding patient outcomes.
Setting: Outpatient clinic focused on serving the geriatric population, with occasional home visits as needed and flexibility to float between sites.
What you will be doing:

Coordinate and supervise clinical care activities to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
-
Monitor clinical performance metrics and drive strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Build strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote a supportive and engaging care environment.

Ensure effective communication among staff and between patients and caregivers to facilitate comprehensive care planning.

Stay current with trends in geriatric care and healthcare regulations, integrating relevant advancements into clinic operations.

What you must have:

Must possess a valid State RN License.
-
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree in management or a healthcare-related field is preferred.

Professional certification is preferred.

BLS certification is required.

A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance are necessary, and reliable transportation.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with frail and elderly populations in acute, long-term care, or community-based settings.

At least 3 years of progressive management experience is required.

Experience in home care or long-term care settings is preferred.
-
Experience providing nursing care in a managed care environment is advantageous.

Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred.

Proven experience in geriatric care, outpatient settings, or managed care environments is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Knowledge of current health service concepts for the elderly, particularly in home and community-based settings.
