Overview:
Our client is looking for an internal recruiter to join their team. The skillset of people you will be trying to find are within a specialized trade within the verticals of Construction - municipal infrastructure and buildings, including buildings, highways, bridges; Oil and Gas and Energy. 


What you must have:

• 2-3 years recruiting experience

• Deep understanding of recruiting tools including multiple software platforms, social media

• Advanced experience in how to reach pools of specialized candidates

• Enthusiastic ambassador for the company

• Eager to go to trade shows and career fairs to represent the company.  You have a professional, presentable, sales quality, as well as knowledge about the company and the job duties of those you are recruiting and having a conversation with.  

• You own the recruitment for the company, and you are a do-er. You dig in and find the right candidates to join the company for many years. 

• You must be able to recruit over several provinces

• Agile employee

• Bring unique thoughts and processes to the table for discussion

• Flexibility to work in various locations across provinces as well as from home occasionally.  Offices are in Vancouver, Calgary, as well as Lloydminster. 

Salary/Rate Range: $70,000 - $80,000
