What you will be doing:

Supporting our content driven website by architecting, designing, and implementing new features.

Mentoring and leading other developers to improve their skill sets and product quality.

Problem-solving bugs and implementing fixes, and improving product quality.

Analyzing data to better inform our decision-making process.

Coordinating initiatives and projects from idea to release.

Maintain, improve, and support existing software products.

Collaborate with team members to integrate new product functionality across the company's portfolio of products. Helping the team grow the business in ways we haven’t yet thought of.
What you must have:
-
6+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications.
-
Proven track record of designing and building web applications with both frontend and backend web development.

Strong experience and knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks such as: Vue, React, Svelte, Angular & Typescript.

Experience with AWS, and/or infrastructure-as-code tools
-
Experience designing, developing and deploying new infrastructure into production environments on AWS/Cloudflare/etc..

Experience with test automation, and best practices for writing and maintaining high quality test coverage

Experience with version control systems, code review, and automated testing.

Experience with database design and administration.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience in product building.

Salary/Rate Range: $110,000 -$130,000 CAD
